Try before you buy
Every new customer can request a 24-hour IPTV free trial before purchasing. We strongly recommend testing the service on your own devices and connection first.
Refund eligibility
If you experience a technical problem on our side that our support team cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of activation. Refunds are not provided for issues caused by your internet connection, device or third-party player apps, or for a change of mind after the service has been used normally.
How to request a refund
Email support@myiptvsubscription.us with your account email, order date and a description of the problem. We will review your request and reply within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Accounts in breach of terms
Accounts suspended for sharing, reselling or other violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
